I'm pretty fussy as I've danced and done yoga and Pilates for over 30 years, and I can hand in heart say that Anna is one of the best teachers I've ever encountered. She is focused on detail, manages to make classes new and interesting and more importantly - challenging! I couldn't live without her Pilates classes.

Anna is a fantastic Pilates instructor. The classes are always varied, using different props, and have the right blend of strengthening and stretching to make you feel energised and limber. Instructions are always clear, and prompts and reminders are given which is really important to help you do the exercises in the right way. Anna is also mindful of injuries or problem areas you might have, giving advice and variations for different levels of ability. I always leave the classes feeling revitalised and an inch taller!

Zumba with Niki is a magical blend of joyful dance and a great cardio workout. She is such a skillful teacher that everyone, from beginners to experienced dancers, can learn the moves and dance together in a fun and relaxed way. The classes are so accessible that even if you’ve never danced before, you’ll feel included and part of the Zumba family. Niki somehow knows just when you might need a little extra help. I cannot recommend dancing Niki highly enough.
